The deadlines for the upcoming payments runs are as follows:

• Our next payment run is scheduled for Thursday 14 May 2026
  • To be included in this run, your claim (client report) must be submitted by 5pm, Monday 4 May 2026
• Following payment run is scheduled for Thursday 28 May 2026 
  • To be included in this run, your claim (client report) must be submitted by 5pm, Monday 18 May 2026  

Please ensure you submit your claims as required by your contract obligations or reporting requirements. If you have no obligations or requirements, submit as and when you are ready.

Please note:

• Claims must be submitted via the online portal, through the report and claim function
• Claims can only be approved for payment when:
  • All necessary reporting requirements have been met; and
  • There are no outstanding contract conditions.
